Brandon Reinhardt
Owner, certified master inspector
Hi, I’m Brandon Reinhardt, owner and master inspector of Bully Property Inspections here in the Tampa Bay area. With over seven years of experience as a licensed home inspector and a background as a former general contractor, I bring a deep understanding of construction, safety, and quality to every inspection I perform.
Over the course of my career, I’ve personally completed more than 3,000 home inspections, and my company has proudly performed over 6,000 inspections across Florida. From residential homes to commercial properties, my goal is always the same — to deliver thorough, honest, and reliable inspections that give my clients complete peace of mind.
My approach is built on precision, transparency, and integrity. I treat every property as if it were my own and make sure my clients fully understand every detail of their inspection report. That’s how Bully Property Inspections has earned a reputation for trust, quality, and professionalism throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Outside of inspections, I’m actively involved in the MMA and Jiu-Jitsu communities, where I continue to train and compete. The same discipline, focus, and commitment that these sports demand are the qualities I bring to every inspection I perform.

With over 3,000 home inspections completed throughout his career, Derek Lewis brings a wealth of experience and precision to every property he evaluates. As a Certified Master Inspector, Derek’s expertise goes beyond just identifying issues — he’s known for educating clients and ensuring they understand their home from foundation to roof.
Before joining Bully Property Inspections, Derek also trained and mentored new inspectors, helping raise the standards of professionalism and quality within the industry. His dedication to excellence and eye for detail make him one of the most trusted inspectors in Florida.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys rollerblading and spending time with his golden retriever, combining his love for the outdoors

Jennifer Rodriguez
Office manager
Meet our office manager & administrator, Jennifer!
Jennifer is an Indiana native and has been in the Tampa Bay area since 2019. She has nearly a decade of experience in customer service and six years experience in an administrative professional role. Jennifer received a Bachelor ‘s degree and technical certificate in Human Resource Management from Indiana University - Indianapolis.
In her spare time, she likes to learn and read up on current skincare and cosmetic products and techniques, spend time with her family and enjoy downtime with a good movie.

Say hello to our beloved mascot and the dog behind the monocle: Cruz!
Cruz is an American Staffordshire Terrier who was adopted from the Tampa Bay Humane Society back in 2019.
When he isn’t hard at work being our mascot, Cruz loves to spend his days sleeping, playing in the backyard and endlessly guilting his family into giving him treats.
Cruz is loved by our family for being a great guardian and source of silly entertainment.
